In collaboration with Mill Creek Residential, the team at Studio Architects designed, planned, and executed Modera Southside Trail. It is a multi-family project located on the southern portion of the beltline in Atlanta, Georgia. The complex includes nine buildings: one clubhouse and eight apartment buildings of three variations. The development lays the ground for future growth in the area and encourages it’s residents to live a healthy lifestyle, through it’s direct connection to the beltline.
